Standard Returns (In-Stock Items)
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery or pickup for in-stock items that are in new, unused condition and in original packaging when possible.
• A restocking fee may apply. The amount will be communicated at the time of sale.
• Customers are responsible for return delivery or shipping fees unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Non-Returnable Items
• Special orders and custom items (including custom upholstery, special finishes, and made-to-order pieces).
• Clearance, floor models sold “as-is,” or items marked “Final Sale.”
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
Return Process
• Contact us with your order number and photos (if there is damage or a defect).
• We will review your request and confirm eligibility based on this policy.
• If approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, help coordinate pickup.
• All returns are inspected upon receipt. If the item does not meet the return criteria, we may be unable to issue a refund or may offer a partial refund or store credit.
Delivery & White-Glove Service
We offer delivery options designed to protect your furniture and make your experience as easy as possible. Availability and pricing may vary by distance and order size.
Standard Delivery
• Curbside or to the first covered area of your home (e.g., garage, lobby) where access is straightforward.
• No assembly and limited placement.
• A flat delivery fee applies within our local service area. Please ask us for current rates.
White-Glove Delivery
• Inside delivery to the room of your choice (where accessible).
• Unboxing and basic assembly (such as attaching legs or hardware).
• Placement of the item as directed by you.
• Removal of packaging materials. Sample Pricing Structure (subject to change)
• Orders under $1,000: White-glove delivery fee applies.
• Orders from $1,000 to $2,499: Reduced white-glove delivery fee may apply.
• Orders $2,500 and above: Complimentary white-glove delivery within our local radius, subject to scheduling and access. Additional charges may apply for difficult access (multiple flights of stairs, tight stairways,
or no elevator in multi-story buildings). We will do our best to estimate these costs in advance.
Customer Preparation
• Please ensure the room is cleared and ready for placement.
• Protect any delicate flooring or surfaces if needed.
• Ensure we have accurate access information (e.g., gate codes, building entry, elevator availability).
Payments & Special Orders
• We accept major credit cards and other methods as posted in-store.
• Payment is due in full for in-stock items at the time of purchase. Special Orders
• Special orders require a non-refundable deposit; in many cases, full payment may be required.
• Lead times are estimates and may vary by manufacturer and shipping conditions.
• Special orders and custom items are final sale and not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange unless defective
